            A simple letter cannot truly express our gratitude and appreciation for all of the hard work that you put in trying to sell our home.  There is no question as to the difficulty of the market for a seller today; nonetheless, you were very persistent, honest, and sincere in looking out for our best interest.  And you got our home SOLD! 

            We are very grateful that we were able to find you and have you represent us as our agent.  We believe that you went WAY beyond what can be expected from an agent and we thank you for all of the little (and big) things you did for us to help close the sale of our home.  Every time we ran into a sticky situation (and there were a few), your experience and calm took over and you were always able to navigate us through it.
