A few months ago my boyfriend and I needed to find a rental home for our three children and two dogs. I had tried multiple online websites looking for rentals prior to meeting with Joe. The websites were disappointing because either the pictures of the homes were unclear, whether the property allowed pets was unanswered, and getting in touch with an actual person was very difficult. After weeks of frustration I came along Joe's website and was very impressed. There were multiple pictures, and I could search for a house based on any criteria that fit our family's needs whether it be square footage, pet allowance, or neighborhood. I emailed Joe regarding a few houses I was interested in, and he got back to me immediately.

During the month that I worked with Joe, he truly got to know what my boyfriend and I were looking for. He would send us links to houses that fit our wants and needs, and he would work around our schedules to meet with him at these houses so that we could take a look for ourselves. Having two large breed dogs can make house hunting very difficult, but Joe was willing to work with us so that we could find the house of our dreams. He was constantly keeping in touch with me so that not a single house would go on the rental market without us knowing about it, and to be quite honest he worked so hard on our search that it made us feel as if we were by far his most important clients he had.

Joe was able to find us a large, affordable house in the area that we wanted to live and who allowed dogs! We will be moving in this weekend and we could not have been more happy with the help we received. We are so fortunate to have had such a great realtor help relieve most of the stress of moving, and could not express our appreciation enough.
