            A simple letter cannot truly express our gratitude and appreciation for all of the hard work that you put in trying to sell our home.  There is no question as to the difficulty of the market for a seller today; nonetheless, you were very persistent, honest, and sincere in looking out for our best interest.  And you got our home SOLD! 

            We are very grateful that we were able to find you and have you represent us as our agent.  We believe that you went WAY beyond what can be expected from an agent and we thank you for all of the little (and big) things you did for us to help close the sale of our home.  Every time we ran into a sticky situation (and there were a few), your experience and calm took over and you were always able to navigate us through it. 

            We have bought and sold a few homes already in our young marriage, and we have worked with several different agents as well.  Although we do plan on staying in our new home for a while, we will hold no reservations whatsoever in referring you to any of our family and friends when they need to buy or sell a home.  Your professionalism is unquestioned and your daily updates as to the activity in the market was very refreshing to us.  You did everything, and more, for us and we again want to thank you for everything.
